The Eurocopter EC135, now known as the Airbus Helicopters H135, is a twin-engine, light utility helicopter primarily used for emergency medical services, law enforcement, and corporate transport. It's known for its quiet operation, thanks to its Fenestron tail rotor, and is also used for military flight training. The H135 is a versatile aircraft, capable of operating under instrument flight rules (IFR) and equipped with digital flight controls. Over 1,400 Eurocopter EC135 helicopters have been built. Production started in 1996 and continues to the present day. The EC135 is a twin-engine light utility helicopter widely used by emergency services and for executive transport.
