de Havilland Sea Vixen

The de Havilland DH.110 Sea Vixen was a twin-engine, twin-boom, two-seat carrier-based fleet air-defense fighter flown by the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm from 1959 to 1972. It holds the distinction of being the first British two-seat combat aircraft to achieve supersonic speed (albeit in a shallow dive) and was the first British fighter designed entirely without internal gun armament, relying solely on missiles, rockets, and bombs. A total of 151 de Havilland Sea Vixens were built, including prototypes.
