The Tecnam P96 Golf 100 is an Italian, all-metal, side-by-side two-seat light aircraft designed by Luigi Pascale and manufactured by Tecnam between 1997 and 2006. It is highly regarded by flight schools and private pilots for its exceptionally docile handling characteristics, low operating costs, and strong performance. Around 147 units of the Tecnam P96 Golf (including both the 80 hp and 100 hp models) were built . Production of this Italian two-seat light sport aircraft ran from 1997 to 2006, after which it was largely succeeded by the Tecnam P2002 Sierra.
