Yes, all orders received by 3pm EST will be shipped the same day the order was placed*.
*orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays will be shipped the next business day.

If your mug was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24-48 hours for a replacement.

Left Handed mugs
Yes - upon request we manufacture mugs for left handed people. Please email before you place your order and let us know that you would like your mugs created for a left handed person.
Right handed mugs feature the aircraft facing you when you are holding the mug in your right hand. Left handed mugs feature the aircraft facing you when you are holding the mug in your left hand.
Returns
Yes, we offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made here on AeroMugs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your AeroMug, we will replace the item or issue a full refund of the purchased price (shipping excluded).

All of our products are printed in Naples, Florida USA using the high temperature dye sublimation process.
