North American T-2 Buckeye

The North American T-2 Buckeye was a significant jet trainer aircraft primarily used by the United States Navy and Marine Corps for over four decades, introducing students to jet flight and carrier operations. It was built by North American Aviation, later North American Rockwell. A total of 609 North American T-2 Buckeye aircraft were built. This includes all variants produced for the U.S. Navy and export customers according to aviation history sites.
