The HFB 320 Hansa Jet is a 1960s West German ten-seat business jet famously known as the only mass-produced civilian aircraft to feature a forward-swept wing. Developed by Hamburger Flugzeugbau (HFB), it was engineered to compete directly against early American private jets like the Learjet. Despite its highly innovative design, it faced severe commercial struggles, resulting in only 47 airframes built between 1964 and 1973.
